User Agreement for Philippine Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gt77," "we," "us," "our" refers to gt77 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the gt77 platform at https://gt77.bio.
• "Platform" means the gt77 website, mobile-accessible interface, games, payment systems, promotional systems, and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the gt77 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered Player account created on the gt77 Platform, holding the Player's balance, transaction history, and profile information.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds in the Player's PHP wallet, free from bonus restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by gt77 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of valid government-issued identification and supplementary documents.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the exclusive currency of all financial transactions on the gt77 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the gt77 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gt77. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Clicking "I Agree" or the equivalent acceptance mechanism during the Account registration process;
• Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the gt77 Platform after these Terms have been published; or
• Making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer on the gt77 Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. gt77 recommends that Players retain a copy of these Terms for their records.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To use the gt77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling and to use the gt77 Platform;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of gt77 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by gt77 for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

gt77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Players found to be ineligible will have their accounts suspended and any Real Money Balance will be returned, less any amounts awarded through ineligible wagers.

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a verifiable email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the gt77 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, mobile number, email address, device, household, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. gt77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts, including any balances held within them, may be permanently closed and forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify gt77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

gt77 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to gt77 immediately.

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, gt77 requires completion of KYC verification. This process requires submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license) and may additionally require proof of address, payment method ownership, or a selfie with the document. Failure to complete KYC within the applicable timeframe may result in funds being held pending verification.

All financial transactions on the gt77 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus awards — are denominated and processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gt77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion is applied by gt77 to PHP transactions.

gt77 supports the following deposit methods for Philippine Players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and QR Ph. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are specified in the Cashier section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected within 60 seconds of confirmation.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification has been fully completed;
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold;
• No active investigations, holds, or fraud flags are pending on the Account.

gt77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. gt77 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities without notice to the Player.

All bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by gt77 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, which must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Balance only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses carry a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire at the end of this period;
• gt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome or new-player promotion only once;
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent a guaranteed or expected return on any deposit;
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, or coordinated play between accounts — may result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and suspension of the Account.

Current promotion details, including applicable wagering multipliers, valid games, and expiry periods, are published in the Promotions section of the gt77 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Each game available on the gt77 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, Players accept the specific rules of that game in addition to these general Terms.

gt77's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and fairness of outcomes. Certification documentation is available on request. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, the round in which the error occurred may be declared void by gt77. Any wager placed during a void round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance at the original stake. gt77 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

For live dealer games, the rules announced and displayed by the dealer at the table take precedence over any prior game description. gt77 is not responsible for individual dealer errors, provided the error is identified and corrected in accordance with the live studio operator's protocols.

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the gt77 Platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or contact information;
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist in placing wagers, influencing game outcomes, or exploiting the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
• Attempting to access or interfere with another Player's Account;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward gt77 staff or other Players;
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, by creating a new Account.

gt77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts found in breach of this section, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where required by law, gt77 will report prohibited conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.

All content on the gt77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, button designs, page layouts, software code, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of gt77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gt77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit Players to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from gt77;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use the gt77 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission.

Game content on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers. Players must comply with any additional licence restrictions specified by individual providers within their games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses resulting from server downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures that are beyond gt77's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

gt77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect access without prior notice, though gt77 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime to Players in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits gt77's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by gt77's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

gt77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed after a configurable period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation ranging from 24 hours to 180 days, during which login and deposits are disabled;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure on request, which prevents the creation of new accounts using the same identity details.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion are required by these Terms not to attempt to re-register on the gt77 Platform under any name or identity. gt77 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, but Players bear responsibility for avoiding the Platform during an exclusion period.

gt77 also trains its customer support team to identify signs of problem gambling and to provide information on support resources. Players who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek professional help. PAGCOR operates responsible gambling resources for players in the Philippines.

gt77 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to suspend or close the account;
• Suspected or confirmed duplicate account creation;
• Detection of automated or bot-assisted gameplay.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after all pending verification checks have been completed. Bonus Balances will not be returned upon account closure for breach. gt77's decision on the return of funds in disputed cases shall be final, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gt77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours of verification of the requesting Player's identity.

gt77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, gt77 processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance;
• Account management and customer support;
• Payment processing and fraud prevention;
• Legal and regulatory compliance obligations;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and enforcement.

gt77 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for the provision of services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) and is governed by applicable data processing agreements.

Under applicable Philippine data protection law, Players have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact gt77 at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and gt77 arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint to gt77 via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. Include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. gt77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the response from Step 1 does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to gt77's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review within 21 days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

gt77's decisions on all game outcomes, bonus awards, and wager results shall be final once confirmed by the Platform's system logs. System logs are the definitive record of all transactions and game results on the Platform.

gt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, gt77 will notify active Players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, an email to the registered Account email address, or a notification via the gt77 Platform interface.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
